A unique experience to discover all the secrets of our gastronomic philosophy, in the name of respect for raw materials, taste and conviviality.

You will live one of our regular day with us:

• Initial briefing – Breakfast with all the staff of the restaurant
• Definition of the menu of the day, tasks assignment
• Preparation of the lunch line alongside the chefs of La Gattabuia

Last but not least:

• A convivial four-course lunch with wine pairing
